"This is from NYE of 2019. Back then I didn’t know it would be the last one for me in China. I was on the edge of spending NYE alone, because I had a fight about a NYE place with my BF a few days before. We decided to spend NYE separately. I wasn’t in a mood to go anywhere, so I bought a cake and a bottle of champagne and sent him a picture. And surprisingly for me, he came over just before midnight for a cake and a kiss! It was a very romantic NYE for me and a good lesson of not to give up in front of 2020." - Anonymous
